Digital Products & Software Licenses

  • All sales of software licenses, digital products, activation keys, or downloadable items are final.
  • Once a license key or digital product has been delivered, no refunds will be issued, as the product is considered used and cannot be revoked.
  • We encourage customers to review product details carefully or contact us with questions prior to purchase.

Exception:
In rare cases, a partial refund may be offered at our sole discretion, provided the license remains active and the request is reasonable. Such exceptions do not set a precedent.


Web Design, App Development & Software Development Services

  • No refunds will be issued once the project has started and work has been initiated.
  • If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or consultation fees.
  • Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • If the client fails to provide required content, approvals, or feedback, the project timeline and refund eligibility may be affected.

Digital Marketing Services

Including but not limited to:

  • Google Ads / Facebook Ads / LinkedIn Ads
  • Email Marketing
  • Affiliate Marketing
  • Amazon Advertising
  • Marketing services are non-refundable once the campaign setup or execution has begun.
  • Advertising spend paid directly to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon, etc.) is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Results may vary based on market conditions, competition, and external factors; therefore, refunds based on performance outcomes are not provided.
